What You'll Be DoingWhat We Look For In YouNice to Haves
Own on-shore market SEO and AI-search optimisation (Google AI Overviews/SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT). Deliver crypto/fin-tech content that ranks, loads fast, earns authority, and passes all disclosure and compliance rules.
- Build technical foundations: implement ccTLD or /locale/ + hreflang, manage migrations, log-file audits, crawl-budget tuning, and Core Web Vitals.
- Raise topical authority: run keyword research, on-page optimisation, EEAT-driven content audits, and quality backlink programmes on finance/crypto domains.
- Create “LLM-friendly” assets: add FAQ / How-To / JSON-LD blocks and vector indexes so pages surface in classic SERPs and LLM answers.
- Automate at scale: integrate Surfer, Semrush ContentShake, Jasper (or similar) for AI-assisted briefs, internal‐link automation and duplication checks.
- Launch new & classic KPIs: track rankings, organic clicks, AI-SERP visibility, zero-click engagement, LLM citation rate—run A/B and vector-based multivariate tests.
- Enforce compliance: inject FCA / SEC risk statements on every YMYL page; coordinate with Legal so content and schema remain policy-safe.
- 7 + years leading large-site technical SEO; 3 + years with semantic or vector-search projects.
- Proven success in site migrations, Core Web Vitals, log-analysis, schema markup, and high-authority link building.
- Proficient in Python, SQL/BigQuery, Screaming Frog, and at least one vector DB (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Deep understanding of Google algorithm updates, SGE/AI Overviews traffic shifts, and AI-content governance.
- Excellent English; comfortable briefing designers, engineers, regulators, and journalists.
- Genuine passion for crypto exchanges or Web3 products — an active day-to-day user.
- Experience running a finance site with 10 M + monthly organic visits and measurable zero-click AI-SERP impressions.
- Hands-on management of AI content pipelines (prompt libraries, brand-voice enforcement, hallucination checks).

The salary range for this position is $375,666.00 to $450,799.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
