We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Owner to spearhead our product strategy and execution. In this essential role, you will establish the roadmap for our product offerings and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative solutions to the market.

Responsibilities:
- Defining the Product Strategy and Roadmap: Spearhead the process of establishing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by assessing customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment among stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Product Development and Execution: Develop and execute product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility across multiple product offerings.[AM1] [GC2] Drive the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management: Clearly convey product plans and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities. Manage expectations through regular updates on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Guide and motivate cross-functional teams to meet product objectives while fostering high levels of engagement. Promote a collaborative environment that encourages teams to work cohesively towards shared goals. Ability to lead and mentor product managers and business analysts.
- Drive Comprehensive Customer Experience: Advocate for the customer perspective throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that the product consistently provides exceptional user experiences. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster alignment and support for the product strategy.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Embrace agile methodologies and demonstrate the ability to swiftly adapt to evolving priorities and requirements. Take the initiative to identify potential issues and provide effective solutions that may affect product development or user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
- 7+ years of recent product management or tax industry experience
- Successful history of launching and scaling products.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to identify and address product challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
