- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python and C#, with occasional frontend work in Angular and Node.js
- Integrate agentic AI features into ERP workflows, ensuring reliability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop design
- Collaborate with Labs, Product Management, and UX teams to define and deliver product features
- Implement observability tools including logging, metrics, tracing, and dashboards for production systems
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and safe deployment practices
- Translate customer workflows into AI-native experiences with clear guardrails and evaluation harnesses
- Mentor peers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
- 5+ years’ experience in full-stack software engineering or product development
- 3+ years’ experience mentoring engineers or leading technical efforts
- Strong proficiency in Python and C# for backend development
- Experience integrating with ERP systems and workflows
- Expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and modern DevOps practices
- Applied experience with agentic AI systems, LLMs, or AI workflow automation
- Solid understanding of secure coding, observability, and scalable architecture
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js for full-stack development
- Experience with ERP platforms in manufacturing or distribution
- Hands-on knowledge of GenAI tooling, vector databases, and embedding pipelines
- Background in data integration, ETL pipelines, and event-driven architectures
