Qawafel is building digital financial infrastructure for businesses in Saudi Arabia. We are focused on making B2B financing, credit, and financial operations simpler, faster, and more accessible for companies.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own the design of high-quality digital products across web and mobile, work closely with product and engineering, and help shape the user experience of fintech products built for businesses.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and practical user experiences for Qawafel’s digital products. You will work across the full design process: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, usability testing, and design systems.

This role is ideal for someone who can think deeply about user needs, business workflows, financial products, and product usability — while also moving fast using modern AI-assisted design tools.

• Own product design across key Qawafel digital products.

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to turn business requirements into simple user experiences.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and product discovery when needed.

• Build and maintain design systems, components, and product patterns.

• Use AI design and prototyping tools to speed up design exploration and iteration.

• Translate complex B2B and fintech workflows into clear, usable interfaces.

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality during implementation.

• Improve the overall visual quality, usability, and consistency of Qawafel products.

• Senior-level experience in product design, UX/UI design, or digital product design.

• Strong portfolio showing real product work, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, financial services, or complex workflow products.

• Strong skills in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, v0, Lovable, Framer AI, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of user experience, interaction design, visual design, and product thinking.

• Ability to design for complex dashboards, workflows, forms, approvals, and financial operations.

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.

• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.

• Experience designing fintech, lending, credit, underwriting, payments, or B2B finance products.

• Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-moving product teams.

• Understanding of Saudi business users, SMEs, and the financial services market.

• Arabic and English proficiency.
