Lead AI architecture and delivery, design and deploy production AI systems (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, agents), build document intelligence for English/Arabic finance documents, create internal AI assistants, define evaluation/monitoring/security, and collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and operations.

Support product discovery and requirements gathering, conduct usability and benchmark analysis, own integration projects, visit customers for feedback, prepare user stories, documentation, and acceptance criteria, and use AI tools to improve productivity.

Design end-to-end user experiences for Qawafels fintech products across web and mobile. Own flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI, usability testing, and design systems. Collaborate with product and engineering, use AI-assisted tools, and translate complex B2B finance workflows into clear, usable interfaces.

Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for Qawafel's B2B financing products. Lead cross-functional discovery, define specs/user stories, prioritize features, and improve underwriting, credit, onboarding, repayment, and risk workflows. Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, operations, and finance to build compliant, scalable fintech products and measure success via product and behavioral metrics.
