We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with exceptional taste and a strong point of view to shape how clinicians and health plan partners experience Jukebox. You'll own design end-to-end, from early problem framing through polished, shippable UI, and set the bar for quality across our product. The ideal person has built tools that make complex workflows feel simple and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities- Own discovery through delivery for everything from internal to clinician-facing and partner-facing products
- Translate ambiguous, complex workflows into intuitive, visually refined interfaces
- Drive UX research and user testing to ground design decisions in real user needs
- Build and maintain a coherent design system that scales across products
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality work, not just high-quality mocks
- Raise the design bar across the organization by bringing a strong aesthetic sensibility and the conviction to defend it
Required
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and taste
- Deep expertise in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy tools
- Ability to operate independently end-to-end: research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design
- Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale clearly to non-designers
- Comfort with ambiguity and experience in a fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and limited process overhead

- Experience working in healthcare with clinical, operational, or health plan workflows
- Prior work on design systems at scale
- Experience using AI to augment Product work

Compensation Range: $145,000 - 165,000/year + company equity
