Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating great products for great people. In our case the modern family. In this role, you will partner closely with both our Bangalore office and US based design team members contributing to UX/UI direction helping ensure quality and consistency for our product & services. Working alongside partners from Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and other core teams, you will help ensure that Greenlight delivers truly lovable and memorable experiences.

This role is a full-time position based in our IDC office in Bangalore.

What you will be doing:

End-to-end design ownership of product areas in partnership with IDC Product and Engineering – from early problem framing through final implementation
Own direction and quality of your initiatives, including systems-level thinking about how your work connects to the broader product and design systems
Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components with a high bar for craft
Raise the bar for design through the quality of your work and how you show up in brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnership
Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, addressing any design-related issues or adjustments as needed

What you should bring:

• 5-7 years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership, preferably for a mobile application, and the thinking behind your designs
• Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff
• Comfort operating independently in an ambiguous environment
• Mobile app experience strongly preferred; fintech or consumer product background a plus
• Knowledge and efficiency of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Eye for detail, consistency, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns
