About the Role
We’re seeking a talented, experienced Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing team.
As a Senior Product Designer at Cyera, you will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation. You will also contribute to developing our product style guidelines and design system.
We believe UX is a great differentiator and will help propel the product and the business forward. The Product Designer has the opportunity to impact the company’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Own your design domain! Full accountability for the product design.
- Understand a product’s lifecycle from research through prototyping, design, and usability testing.
- Ideate and design new features and take concepts through all design phases to production
- Work closely with the product stakeholders – Product Managers, Engineering, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring exciting features to life.
- Ensure design consistency, simplicity, and alignment with branding.
- Know your customers’ needs, preferences, and usage behavior by conducting user research and measuring analytics to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
Must-Haves
- B.A. in Design / Industrial design / Visual communication
- Team player, positive attitude, problem-solver.
- Accountability and sense of ownership
- 5+ years of professional experience designing complex systems/platforms and SaaS B2B Web applications.
- Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other applicable tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work fast and produce multiple solutions
- Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a similar role in Cybersecurity.
- Experience working on Data-Driven products.
