What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives within your product area, from discovery and framing through launch and iteration
- Proactively shape problem definition, helping teams move from ambiguity to clear direction
- Design complex, workflow-driven experiences involving data, configuration, planning, automation, or AI-assisted interactions
- Translate evolving requirements into thoughtful interaction models, information architecture, and polished UI
- Develop strong, well-reasoned design perspectives that meaningfully shape product decisions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Prototype intentionally to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and support alignment
- Elevate the craft and systems thinking within your team, contributing to reusable patterns and long-term product quality
What you’ll Bring
- 7+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience leading complex product work involving structured data, systems, or platform experiences
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative within large problem spaces
- Strong product judgment and the ability to articulate clear reasoning behind decisions
- Expertise across UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- A track record of independently driving meaningful work to high-quality outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools
