About the role
At Rapyd, we’re building the internal tools that power our global payments infrastructure. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to focus on improving the everyday workflows of our internal teams. These include support, operations, compliance, and finance.
This is an opportunity to make a real, visible impact. You’ll work on reducing manual tasks, simplifying complex flows, and improving efficiency. Your work will save time and money, while directly supporting the people who keep our business running. You’ll also work closely with those users and see firsthand how your designs make a difference.
This role sits within the Portals Product Group and reports to the Head of Product Design. It requires someone who is confident operating with ownership and clarity.
What you’ll be working on
This is a hands-on, UX-focused role. You will:
- Simplify complex workflows and features in our internal backoffice tools
- Conduct user interviews and shadowing sessions to understand needs deeply
- Design dashboards, workflows, and tools that improve speed and accuracy
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape strategy and define solutions
- Help lay the design foundation for scalable internal tools
Your mission is to turn the backoffice into a product that drives business efficiency.

What we're looking for:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Enjoy solving complex UX problems and bringing clarity to ambiguity
- Know how to engage stakeholders and drive collaboration
- Work independently and are comfortable leading your own initiatives
- Are excited about about using AI design tools to boost creativity and productivity
- Thrive in a product triad model, partnering closely with product and engineering
