Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Oscilar, you’ll design intuitive, powerful experiences that help risk, fraud, and compliance teams make critical decisions faster and with confidence. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex data and workflows into clear, elegant solutions.

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept to launch, ensuring your designs are both thoughtful and practical. You’ll also help evolve our design system and raise the bar for usability and polish across the platform

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end user experiences across core areas of the Oscilar platform

  • Partner with PMs and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality designs

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into simple and actionable user flows

  • Build robust and realistic prototypes that closely mimic the product when used for relevant customer use cases.

  • Contribute to and maintain consistent design patterns and visual standards across the product

  • Lead user testing and feedback sessions to validate and refine designs

  • Work alongside engineering to ensure quality implementation and user experience

  • Advocate for clarity, simplicity, and usability in every interaction

  • Develop a deep understanding of fraud, credit and compliance industries

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience designing complex web applications, ideally in enterprise or technical domains

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow simplification, and visual clarity

  • Experience leading design for end-to-end product initiatives from concept through launch

  • Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools (knowledge of React or design system collaboration a plus)

  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and data teams

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work clearly and persuasively

  • Experience in fintech, fraud, risk, or compliance products is a strong plus
