Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for people who can guide users via beautiful, intuitive, and functional web/app designs. Someone who understands what it takes to deliver a great website experience, visualize it and bring it to life. Do you feel like this role has your name written all over it? The Job:

• Pay strong attention to detail, down to the pixels.
• Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product.
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
• Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers.
• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes.
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts.
• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.
• To mentor and suggest workflows and relevant processes to fellow designers when faced with design challenges.
• To communicate and manage timelines with stakeholders in accordance with the weight of other tasks of themselves and their mentees. 

The Person:

• Have At least 3 years’ of experience as a product designer.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal.
• Good understanding of color science and combinations.
• Artistic and innovative flair.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Meticulous and diligent.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Able to supervise, delegate work, and give feedback to interns and junior designers.
