About the roleAs a Senior Product Designer at Aspora you will be responsible for taking Aspora’s international fintech platform to the next level in both user experience and visual design. You will own the product design process from early-stage user research, through to the delivery of polished, production-ready experiences. You will help evolve our design system and work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment.
What you’ll ownCollaborate deeply with our Product leaders and Engineers to define user-centered features and drive clear flows
Lead end-to-end product design processes: research, wireframing, high-fidelity mocks and prototypes
Advocate for user-experience best practices through user interviews, usability testing, and design critique rituals
Shape and scale our design system, enabling high execution speed whilst ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency
Set and uphold design standards across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms
4+ years of product design experience. Ideally within consumer-facing platforms
Proven experience in scaling design systems and mentoring junior designers
Mastery in tools like Figma (or similar), prototyping, and responsive design principles
Strong UX fundamentals and ability to translate research insights into elegant, human-centered designs
Skilled collaborator who works effectively with Product, Engineering, and any other relevant stakeholders in a dynamic cross-functional environment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity with high ownership, whilst optimising for speed
