To give you a sense of the problems you'll be working on, here are some recent projects:
- The live meeting experience has to work without asking for attention. Advisors are in conversation with clients, and the interface needs to surface what matters in real time without pulling them out of the room.
- Our AI has to feel native across every platform a financial advisor touches. That means adapting the core experience to tools advisors already live in, without losing coherence or consistency.
- Sentiment analysis from meetings is only useful if it's scannable in seconds. We're designing the surface layer that turns raw emotional signals into something advisors can act on quickly, without drowning in data.
- Data sync has to feel invisible. When it breaks, advisors notice immediately. We're simplifying these flows so keeping information up to date stops being something users have to think about.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end design for a product area. You'll take a specific part of our platform from discovery through launch. That means defining the problem, exploring solutions, making trade-offs, and being accountable for the quality of what ships.
- Get deep into the technical details. Our AI does complex things. You'll work closely with engineers not to spec pixels but to understand what's actually possible, where the constraints are, and how to design from there.
- Make calls with incomplete signals. We work from a mix of customer interviews, internal feedback, and market signals. You'll develop instincts fast, know how to extract signals from whatever's available, and be confident making design decisions before all the answers are in.
- Choose the right approach for the moment. Sometimes a vibe-coded prototype gets you further than a polished Figma file. Sometimes a workshop beats a deck. You know when to go deep and when to move fast, and you pick the method that gets the team to a decision.
- Bring leadership along. You'll present work to product, engineering, and leadership regularly. The job isn't just to defend decisions. It's to make the thinking visible so the right people can weigh in early.
- Contribute to the design system. You'll help evolve our design system and establish patterns that scale, thinking in components and states, not just individual screens.
What You Need:
- AI product experience. You've designed AI-powered products before. You understand how to make intelligent, real-time systems feel useful and trustworthy to the people depending on them.
- AI tooling. You use LLMs to think through problems, surface edge cases, and move faster. You're comfortable enough in tools like Cursor or Claude Code to turn ideas into something tangible without waiting for engineering.
- Product design experience. You've shipped complex B2B or enterprise products and understand the full design process from discovery to launch. Five or more years, and the portfolio that proves it.
- Strategic thinking. You've moved beyond executing designs to shaping what gets built. You can connect user needs to business goals and make a compelling case for design decisions that impact roadmaps.
- Technical fluency. You can hold your own in technical discussions with engineers. You understand APIs, data flows, and system constraints well enough to design realistic solutions, not just beautiful impossibilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can prioritize effectively, ship iteratively, and keep the team aligned when things are still being figured out.
- Design systems thinking. You've built or evolved a design system before. You know how to create scalable foundations without over-engineering them.
- Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.
Bonus points for:
- Background in startups or high-growth environments.
- Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or productivity tools.
- Some HTML/CSS or coding experience.
