We are hiring our first dedicated Senior Product Designer to own the user experience for our new, next-generation platform. This is a key role where you will be responsible for turning powerful, complex backend capabilities into an intuitive and elegant set of tools for our technical users.

You will be the design leader for our most ambitious user-facing products, including sophisticated tools that allow users to visually automate complex processes and intelligently manage their data. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle—from user research and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI polish. Your work will directly shape the core authoring experience that is central to our company's mission.

This is an opportunity for a systems-thinking designer who is driven to create best-in-class tools and wants to define the design culture for a business-critical product from the ground up.

• Design the end-to-end user experience for our core platform tools, including interfaces for visually constructing complex automations and managing data.
• Lead user research with our internal and external technical users to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
• Translate complex user requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to define both the long-term design vision and the tactical, iterative path to get there.
• Create and maintain a component library and design system to ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience across the entire platform.

• You are a systems thinker who excels at clarifying complex processes and representing them in simple, understandable ways.
• Your design process is anchored in user-centric methods, and you are skilled at translating direct user feedback into clear, actionable insights for your team.
• You are highly skilled in your craft, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user research.

• You have a high sense of ownership and are energized by the prospect of owning the complete user experience for a new, foundational product.

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a portfolio that demonstrates your work on complex applications.
• Proven experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products or tools for technical users (e.g., developer tools, data tools, internal platforms).
• Deep expertise in the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping and design system management.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the user problems they solve.
• Bonus: Experience designing products that involve data visualization or complex, node-based editors.
• Bonus: Experience designing features that incorporate AI or machine learning.
