Tech Skills:

  • Collaborative leadership: Build trusted cross-functional relationships, lead design conversations, and negotiate thoughtfully with engineering and product counterparts.
  • Research and data fluency: Define success metrics, partner with data and research teams, and incorporate both qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions.
  • Clear communication: Express complex ideas clearly, lead critique sessions, and ensure alignment through strong verbal and written communication.
  • Mentorship and feedback: Support the growth of other designers through thoughtful feedback, cross-team engagement, and design critique leadership.

    About you

  • Team Player: You value a positive team culture and thrive in collaborative environments, working well with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Curiosity and Learning Mindset: You are constantly curious and eager to learn, particularly in the areas of product and design, staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Human-Centred Design Passion: You have a deep understanding and a genuine passion for human-centred design principles, always prioritizing intuitive, empowering, and delightful user experiences.
