Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product development team of creative technologists and problem-solvers. This role focuses on crafting visually compelling marketing assets and intuitive digital products, with an emphasis on end-to-end visual and UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and SaaS applications (e.g., payment portals and dashboards). The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking designer eager to explore modern design trends and tools.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver complete design solutions including conceptual web design, landing pages, UI elements, and sales decks.
- Maintain visual consistency across products and channels while aligning with brand standards.
- Lead ideation, whiteboarding, and collaborative sessions to define creative concepts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Present designs clearly to internal and global teams in English.
- Manage multiple design tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in graphic/visual, UI/UX, and product design.
- Strong marketing and website design background, ideally from agency companies.
- Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experiences with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects...).
- Experience using AI tools to support design processes and boost productivity, such as automating repetitive tasks or enhancing creative output.
- Ability to create clean, user-focused designs with strong attention to visual detail.
- Familiarity with the SAFe Agile methodology.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual, UI/UX and product design work is required.
Things That Will Separate You From The Rest
- Have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for smooth development handoff.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Webflow or other no-code web design platforms.
- Skills in motion graphics or basic video editing.
Education or Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field

- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
