Role Details:
- Lead as a strategic, influential product designer within the dynamic, multi-disciplinary Scheduling squad
- Craft innovative solutions that make work simpler, more engaging, and rewarding for shift workers and their teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to shape the roadmap and bring impactful ideas to life
- Build a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs and challenges through insightful research
- Define a bold vision for the future of Scheduling in Deputy, driving its evolution and impact
- Own the full design journey—from conducting research to partnering with engineers for flawless, pixel-perfect execution
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role in a SaaS environment.
- A socially driven designer passionate about creating a brighter, more inclusive future for shift workers and the businesses that support them
- Proven experience as a product designer, with a track record of delivering impactful software products to customers
- A problem-solver eager to simplify complex, legislation-related challenges for both shift workers and business owners
