Role Details:

Lead as a strategic, influential product designer within the dynamic, multi-disciplinary Scheduling squad
Craft innovative solutions that make work simpler, more engaging, and rewarding for shift workers and their teams
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to shape the roadmap and bring impactful ideas to life
Build a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs and challenges through insightful research
Define a bold vision for the future of Scheduling in Deputy, driving its evolution and impact
Own the full design journey—from conducting research to partnering with engineers for flawless, pixel-perfect execution

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role in a SaaS environment.
A socially driven designer passionate about creating a brighter, more inclusive future for shift workers and the businesses that support them
Proven experience as a product designer, with a track record of delivering impactful software products to customers
A problem-solver eager to simplify complex, legislation-related challenges for both shift workers and business owners
