About You:
- Estimated 5 years experience working in product design, or equivalent experience.
- You are looking to work within a small yet mighty team of 3 designers who value collaboration, critical thinking, and excellence.
- Bonus: You have Data Viz, Dashboard, Visual Design, and/or Fintech experience
Your approach to design:
- You seek validation for assumptions, you ask stakeholders questions to get a closer understanding of the business goals
- You can articulate your design decisions, and you are excited to learn from our Users
- You thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams
- You have experience with Figma, design systems and platform-level shared components, and designing for web
- You know how to speak with developers about implementing designs
- You are a team player
Your approach to UX design:
- You enjoy designing both complex and simple features
- You value clean and accurate Information Architecture, you design for systems
- You’re aware of your assumptions, you seek validation wherever possible, you are conscious of what qualifies as success
- You enjoy user research, data-driven design, psychology, and enjoy learning the industry you design for
- You reason with first principles thinking, and scope designs for practicality
- You work to solve the problem long term, rather than find a quick short term solution
