We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery. In this role, you’ll shape exceptional user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design is central to our product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from research to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups;
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability;
- Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on interaction design;
- Align design decisions with product goals, user needs, and business objectives;
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in visual design, interaction design, and product thinking;
- Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews;
- Strong knowledge of web guidelines and responsive and accessible design;
- Experience facilitating design workshops and collaborative problem-solving;
- Proficiency in Figma;
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain design decisions clearly;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation and learning;
- AI knowledge or experience is a plus.
