Location: Delhi (NCR), Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Work together with Product Managers and the Lead Designer to gather requirements and come up with design solutions to solve complex user problems.
• Support design decisions with solid facts and research. 
• Present ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.
• Take ownership of features and see features from conception through implementation.
• Adhere and enforce defined brand, UX and visual design guidelines across the product and other design material.
• Provide design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mockups.
• Contribute to improving and maintaining the product design system, UI component library and documentations.
• Be an advocate for users and promote user centered design across the organization.
• Use analytics, user testing and research to investigate problem areas and propose improvements on the application.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a product designer or a UX designer designing applications for web and mobile.
• Experience designing products for APAC countries.
• Portfolio of your past work that showcases your process, interaction design, visual design and problem solving skills is a MUST.
• Working with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Invision and Adobe Illustrator. (We are using Figma)
• Strong visual design and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
