We are looking for a senior product designer to take full ownership of a product area, from discovery through to delivery.
You'll work in a product squad with a product manager and engineers, and you'll lead design for everything the squad ships. That covers framing the problem, running research, deciding what to build first, designing it, and checking that what goes live matches what you intended.
Our senior designers each own a whole product. We're looking for someone ready to work at that level from early on.
What You'll Do
Own design for your product area end to end: discovery, flows, interface, copy and the quality of what ships.
Work as an equal partner with your product manager and tech lead, including when scope and priorities are set.
Plan and run your own user interviews and usability tests, and use product analytics to guide decisions.
Challenge requirements when the evidence points elsewhere, and propose work that isn't yet on the roadmap.
Build coded prototypes and ship UI changes with Claude Code, following clear guidelines on when to involve a developer.
Design with our design system and contribute improvements back to it.
Bring your work to weekly critique and give feedback on other designers' work.
What you bring
Senior product design experience, typically six years or more, mostly in B2B SaaS.
A track record of owning a product or product area over time, with results you can point to.
At least one complex product you shipped and kept working on, such as an editor, builder, admin tool or dashboard.
Strong product thinking. You can explain why something was built, what it was meant to change, and whether it did.
Experience running discovery yourself, including user research and usability testing.
Confidence working directly with product managers and engineers, and disagreeing with evidence when needed.
You write your own interface copy.
Full professional English. Our product and design people sit in Dubai and Ukraine.
Based in, or willing to relocate Dubai.
Nice to have
Hands-on with Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool, including coded prototypes or shipped code changes.
A working understanding of LLMs and core AI concepts, and where they break.
Background in e-learning or enterprise software.
Enough HTML and CSS to read and review generated code.
What's In It for You
Real ownership of a product area, with a PM and a tech lead who decide alongside you.
A small, senior design team with no layers of management.
Work with industry-leading experts across multidisciplinary design teams.
Weekly design critique with people who will push your work.
Hands-on AI work in the product and in how we build it.
A fast-growing scale-up where your ideas shape the product from day one.
Hybrid and flexible in Dubai.
Ready to join us?
Apply with your CV and portfolio in English, plus a few lines on one product decision you got wrong and what you did about it. We read that part first.
