- Understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and motivations using analytics and user research
- Craft journey maps, workflows, personas, and other artifacts to articulate research insights and ground cross-functional conversations
- Solve problems with a systems-thinking mindset, considering the broader customer journey and wider platform context
- Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze findings and shape product roadmaps
- Transform customer insights, business goals, and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences that solve real user problems
- Lead projects through the design lifecycle end to end - from research through wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and implementation
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, interaction patterns, and platform best practices
