Behind that simplicity is significant complexity spanning devices, platforms, permissions, and integrations. Design’s role is to make it feel effortless and intuitive.
Designers at Fellow have unusually broad ownership. We don’t have a traditional product function where requirements are handed to you to execute. Instead, designers identify problems, propose solutions, guide implementation, and work closely with others to bring their ideas to market.
This role is for someone comfortable with ambiguity, responsibility, and owning outcomes from ideation through launch and beyond. If you’ve longed to operate across both design and product, but haven’t had the freedom to do so, read on.
What you'll doPerform your own research to discover and propose new initiatives.
Design mockups and functioning prototypes with world-class visual polish.
Adapt experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and our Chrome Extension.
Regularly contribute to our design library of tokens, components, and patterns.
Leverage coding tools to ship front-end improvements to production.
Own the roadmap, milestones, timelines, and issues for your team's work
7+ years experience designing software that spans many surfaces.
Comfortable leading without authority, owning your team's success.
Ability to identify problems, distill feedback, and advocate for changes.
Mastery of visual design, layout composition, and information hierarchy.
Familiarity with code and experience creating production prototypes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills as we're remote-first.

What We Do
Fellow Insights builds Fellow, a privacy- and security-first AI meeting assistant for enterprises and regulated organizations. The platform supports the full meeting workflow, including pre-meeting briefs, recording, transcription, note-taking, summaries, action items, and follow-up automation. It integrates with tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Claude, and Zapier, while providing governance controls for sensitive meeting data across teams and workflows.
