Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our UX team and take the product to the next level. In this role, you’ll articulate user needs into creative solutions and own the design delivery of shipping to customers. You’ll collaborate with a team of highly talented product managers, designers, and engineers who appreciate user experience and want to build the best products in the market.
The position entails a high level of responsibility within the Product team. Your contribution will have a significant impact on the satisfaction of millions of enterprise employees.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Define the user experience for new and existing product capabilities
- Collaborate with developers, product managers as well as customers across multiple agile teams
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Create effective design solutions to complex problems—easy to understand, aesthetically appealing and consistent user experience
- Understand customers to discover their needs and test both early prototypes and released features
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a similar role
- Desire to innovate, to come up with new ideas
- Technical background or experience designing technical products is a plus
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., Figma Make, code↔design features, MCP) and experience using them to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and handoff
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to putting the user first
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written), French is a plus
- Online portfolio or work samples demonstrating a variety of user-centered design solutions

The base salary for this role is €65,000 – €75,000 gross per year, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of €71,000– 82,000, including an annual performance bonus. You'll also be part of our broader total rewards package — including benefits tailored to where you live and how you work best.
