Menlo Security is the leader in Browser Security for human and agentic workforces. Our mission is to enable humans and agents to connect, communicate, and collaborate securely, without compromise. The Menlo Browser Security Platform protects organizations from cyberattacks by stopping threats across the web, documents, and email before they reach the user. With Menlo Agent Runtime Security (MARS), that protection now extends to the AI agents working alongside every employee. Menlo Security is trusted by major global businesses, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, to protect their most valuable asset, their data, and is backed by top-tier investors.
SummaryMenlo Security is on a mission to make the browser the most secure surface in the enterprise, protecting the world's most demanding organizations by stopping threats before they reach the endpoint. As a Senior Product Designer on the Browser & Data Security team, you'll help shape the next generation of experiences across HEAT Shield, the Menlo Secure Extension, AI Adaptive DLP, Browsing Forensics, and the administrative surfaces that tie them together — turning enterprise-scale security complexity into experiences that feel simple and confident. You'll partner closely with product management, engineering, and fellow designers to own end-to-end journeys spanning policy management, monitoring, investigation, and configuration. The team weaves AI into both how Menlo builds its products and how those products defend customers, and you'll use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to explore more directions, move faster, and raise the bar on high-fidelity concepts. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, where the design, product, and engineering org come together in person regularly, with flexibility to do focused work wherever works best.
Outcomes & KPIsKey Outcome(s) Owned:
Deliver intuitive, enterprise-grade design solutions across Menlo's browser and data security products that turn complex, high-density security data into clear, confident action for both end users and administrators.
Success Metrics / KPIs:
Usability outcomes (e.g., task success rate, SUS score) for shipped admin and end-user workflows.
Cycle time from business requirements to high-fidelity, engineering-ready prototypes.
Design system adoption and consistency across new feature launches.
Stakeholder/leadership satisfaction with design reviews and "North Star" concepts.
Design seamless, Chromium-based end-user experiences while architecting powerful, scalable management tooling for security administrators.
Own complex, multi-step admin workflows — connection setup, domain and user-group configuration, conflict detection, and entitlement-aware, SKU-gated experiences — and make them feel effortless.
Translate dense telemetry (Last Mile Data Security, Browsing Forensics, DLP events) into dashboards and investigation flows that are actionable at a glance and powerful on a drill-down.
Partner with product and engineering to turn business requirements into use cases, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes — applying AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to move faster, explore more, and raise the bar on "North Star" concepts that feel like live products.
Champion executive and stakeholder reviews, using storytelling and influence to align senior leaders on the product vision.
Lead and collaborate with UX research on exploratory and evaluative studies, and conduct product audits to uphold UX and design-system best practices, including accessibility.
Contribute to and help evolve the design system, and raise the design bar through documentation, onboarding experiences, clear handoffs, and design QA.

Ability to advocate for users through deep empathy and user-centered methods, while balancing technical constraints and business goals.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
Fluency or eagerness to grow in advanced prototyping, motion, and AI-assisted design tooling (e.g., Polymet, Lovable, Pendo, or similar).
Experience designing for, or strong interest in, security, browser, SaaS, or other technically complex domains; familiarity with admin/IT-facing products is a plus.

Why Menlo?
At Menlo, we don't settle for the status quo — in our technology or our culture. How we think and act is just as important as what we build. Our culture is defined by five core mindsets: Proactive Leadership, Straight Talk, United Impact, Elevated Talent, and Customer-Compelled. We take ownership and drive outcomes without waiting to be told. We communicate directly and seek hard truths. We break down silos and win together. We hold a high bar for ourselves and the people around us. And we treat every customer interaction as mission-critical. If you're someone who sees it, owns it, solves it, and does it — you'll thrive here.
