We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead complex product challenges from discovery to delivery, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to build exceptional enterprise experiences. What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end design quality within one or more product pods, small cross-functional teams of Product, Design, and Engineering focused on solving customer problems together.
- Lead UX research, discovery, and problem framing.
- Design complex workflows and user experiences from concept to production.
- Drive excellence across UX research, interaction design, and overall user experience.
- Work in AI-first, code-first product development workflows.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and delivery.
- Improve design processes, tools, and team workflows.
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, including at least 3 years designing complex B2B or enterprise products.
- Experience designing AI-first products or AI-powered experiences.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Excellent UX, interaction, and visual design skills with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools as part of the design process.
- A builder mindset with high ownership, pragmatism, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Comfortable working with codebases, repositories, and frontend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Experience with analytics or experimentation platforms such as Mixpanel.
- Experience designing products for IT professionals or other complex technical domains.

- 7+ years of Product Design experience
- At least 3 years designing complex B2B or enterprise products
- Experience designing AI-first products or AI-powered experiences
- Strong product thinking balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Excellent UX, interaction, and visual design skills with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools as part of the design process
