Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) – iGaming, Crypto & Sports

Traffic Label is a fast-growing, data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing industry. We build scalable products focused on performance, analytics, automation, and intelligent customer engagement across multiple brands and global markets.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who enjoys creating complete digital products - from early concepts through to production-ready interfaces - and wants to have a real impact on multiple international products.

As our Senior Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process across a range of web and mobile products. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend and Backend Engineers to create intuitive, scalable and visually engaging user experiences.

This role combines strong product thinking with hands-on UI/UX design and offers the opportunity to shape products from the ground up.

• Design modern web and mobile interfaces in Figma

• Create complete UI/UX flows and user journeys

• Design casino products and slot game interfaces (HUD, bonus screens, menus)

• Create responsive layouts

• Build, maintain and evolve scalable Design Systems

• Create reusable UI components

• Prepare developer-ready designs and documentation

• Build interactive prototypes

• Improve existing products based on analytics and user feedback

• Participate in product discovery and brainstorming sessions

• Collaborate daily with Frontend Developers, Backend Developers and Product Managers

• Review implementations after development and ensure pixel-perfect execution

• 3+ years of UI/UX/Product Design experience

• Excellent knowledge of Figma

• Strong understanding of UX principles

• Experience designing web applications

• Experience designing responsive interfaces

• Experience building scalable Design Systems

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Auto Layout

  • Variables

  • Components

  • Interactive Prototypes

  • Design Tokens

  • Developer Handoff

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

• iGaming

• Online Casino

• Sports Betting

• Esports

• Crypto

• FinTech

The ability to use AI tools to accelerate and improve design workflows is highly valued.
