We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join the Supply design team, dedicated to building experiences that help our top sellers thrive and grow their businesses on Depop.
As part of a cross-functional squad, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape seller-facing products. You’ll play a key role in realising our north-star vision for high-volume sellers – designing solutions that support them in listing, managing, and growing their shops with ease.
This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on solving complex service and product challenges, balancing user needs with business goals, and who enjoys scaling impact through collaboration and mentoring.
What you’ll do
Execution & Impact: Lead design across seller experiences end-to-end — exploring, prototyping, and delivering solutions from early concepts to polished UI and specifications.
Project Management: Balance multiple projects, ensuring strong execution while tying your work to broader product strategy.
Collaboration & Influence: Partner with product, engineering, and research to shape priorities, align stakeholders, and rally teams around a clear vision
User & Business Focus: Champion seller needs while balancing Depop’s goals — using data and market insight to identify opportunities, test solutions, and deliver impact.
Leadership & Growth: Mentor peers, share expertise, and contribute to a positive, collaborative design culture.
Craft Expertise: Apply advanced design skills across mobile and web, raising the quality bar and evolving our team practices.
About you
Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and UI design across mobile and web.
Experience leading end-to-end product design processes, from research synthesis to prototyping and delivery
Skilled in Figma and proficient with prototyping tools
Ability to translate research and insights into clear, compelling design decisions.
Confident in presenting work and influencing stakeholders with compelling but structured, evidence-based arguments.
(Nice to have)Experience scaling complex flows across devices, e.g desktop dashboards and within mobile apps.
(Nice to have) Experience with service design methodologies, mapping end-to-end journeys across touchpoints and considering both frontstage and backstage experiences.
(Nice to have) Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace dynamics.
