Your opportunity

You will lead design for Payments products in multiple teams. Payments is the core product in our portfolio, you’ll be working on designs for our Checkout, Terminals, Mobile app, and much more. Together with Product Managers and Engineers you will explore opportunities, improve and launch new financial products to make money management effortless for our partners and their customers, helping them grow their business with ease.

What you’ll be doing
  • Shape the Vision: Contribute to the Payments domain by defining a design strategy and bringing it to life. Transition seamlessly from research to strategy to interaction and visual design.

  • Innovate: Take ideas from concept to reality alongside Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, and fellow designers.

  • Experiment and Iterate: Identify assumptions, design experiments to validate them, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

  • Drive Change: Be an entrepreneurial force and a role model who challenges the status quo at Mollie.
