Senior Product Designer - Notebook & AI interfaces

This role is perfect for a product designer who loves finding elegant solutions to complex problems in the space of collaborative & analytical tools (think “Figma for data”). We’re looking for someone who is a strong advocate for customers, has an excellent visual skill, and great product taste. You learn fast, understand which details matter, and guide your team to craft high-quality visuals and experiences.

🚀 What you'll work on

• Leading the design for our notebooks and AI interfaces, from start to finish.

• Researching and creating new patterns and ways how to interact with AI and data.

• Continuous product discovery, including surveys, customer interviews and usability testing. You will become an expert on computational notebooks and AI interfaces.

• Working closely with PM and Engineering within a cross-functional team - you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic initiatives and championing exceptional design.

• Contributing and shaping up our design system and visual language.

🧑‍💻 About you

• Years of experience in product design at a Senior, Staff, or Principal level, ideally within the space of data, development, or productivity tooling.

• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and product management teams.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative design environment with a high shipping velocity.

• Ability to find simple and elegant solutions.

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality design solutions from start to finish, evidenced by a strong portfolio.

• Visual craftsmanship and a focus on detail to deliver beautiful and delightful experiences.

• Comfortable working in EU timezones, with efficient communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-starter with a natural sense for ownership and a bias for action.

• Passion for the data space.
