The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape user experiences across our EHR platform. You'll focus on designing solutions that meet clinician needs while driving key business outcomes through thoughtful user experience design. This role combines user-centered design principles, data-driven decision making, and deep understanding of clinician motivations and workflows.
This is a high-impact role where you'll design solutions that improve user satisfaction and platform effectiveness through research-backed, iterative design processes. You'll create compelling user experiences, optimize key workflows, and implement design patterns that encourage meaningful product engagement. Working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams, you'll translate user insights and business requirements into design solutions that drive measurable outcomes while maintaining clinical workflow integrity.

- Growth - drives experiments for promotions and feature activation to drive revenue (ARPU) and boost long-term retention
As our EHR platform grows in a competitive healthcare market, your work will directly influence how we serve our customer base and build sustainable product experiences.
