The Role You'll PlayWant to design products that help businesses grow in the wellness space? We are looking for an experienced designer to work on the Mindbody business facing platform. Mindbody supports a vast array of customers including fitness studios, spas, salons, integrated health practices, and many more.
We are at a pivotal moment at Mindbody where a large focus of our work is modernizing our platforms and making our experiences easier to use. Design is at the forefront of our strategy - we are looking for someone to lead a team towards a vision while ensuring our app experiences are best in class, simple, and intuitive.
What we look for2-4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating deep design craft and end-to-end product thinking on a complex product
A love for working on complex platforms and turning complexity into simple and intuitive experiences
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering impactful work
A high bar for design craft grounded in systems thinking and real-world impact
Close attention to detail and solutions that keeps in mind happy path and edge case scenarios
Experience in fast-paced, high-collaboration environments
A designer that wants to contribute to and challenge our design system to ensure we continue to evolve
You’ll be designing products that help wellness professionals thrive, and encourage more people to get off of their screens and into meaningful real-life experiences
You’ll own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the Mindbody business software
You’ll work collaboratively on discovery efforts including user research, customer interviews, and data synthesis to uncover insights and opportunities
You’ll work with a team that is passionate about design craft, our customers, and staying connected with each other.

The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $92,200 to $123,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
