Each expert knows what users own, gives personalized advice, and proactively helps them solve real-life problems. Target audience: Gen X women, 40–60, worldwide. Our team is small and hands-on. We ship daily. 100% of our code is AI-generated. We're looking for a designer who thinks the same way about design — AI-first, product-obsessed, and relentlessly proactive.
About the roleYou will be the design owner for Findies — the person who decides how every screen, flow, and interaction feels. You'll work directly with the PM and engineers, with zero layers between you and production. You'll use AI tools to move fast, make data-backed decisions, and ship design that drives metrics, not just looks good.
What you'll be doing- Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, prototypes, hi-fi, production QA, iteration.
- Design AI-native conversational interfaces: chat flows, skill UIs (quizzes, tinder mechanics, product cards), onboarding plans.
- Build and maintain the Findies Design System in Figma with production-grade tokens.
- Map and optimize user journeys: onboarding, first session, retention loops, cancellation flows.
- Run user research: unmoderated tests (Maze/Lyssna), qualitative interviews, bi-weekly live-app audits.
- Track and own design metrics: build Amplitude dashboards, monitor feature activation and drop-offs.
- Propose features proactively: bring data-backed ideas to the roadmap, don't wait for specs.
- Use AI tools daily: v0 for wireframes, Cursor for code generation, Claude for research synthesis, Figma AI for exploration.
- Design agentic experiences: flows where the AI takes initiative (proactive outfits, smart recommendations, automated analysis).
- Support growth: design ASO screenshots, landing pages, funnel experiments, email templates.
- 4+ years of product design experience (Senior level in a B2C/SaaS product company).
- Strong portfolio with shipped products and measurable design impact.
- Experience designing AI/conversational interfaces.
- Hands-on AI tool usage: v0, Cursor, Figma AI, Claude, Midjourney — not theoretical knowledge.
- Figma mastery: Design Systems, variables, prototyping, auto-layout.
- Product analytics literacy: Amplitude/Mixpanel dashboards, data-driven decisions.
- Comfort working in ambiguity without detailed specs or a project manager.
- Strong communication skills — can articulate design decisions to engineers, PMs, and leadership.
