What we are looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape and elevate the Global platform. You’ll work on experiences that simplify international expansion, clarify landed costs, streamline multi market setup, support compliance and make cross border operations feel effortless. You’ll contribute to defining new patterns and interaction models in a space where very few standards exist today.

This role offers meaningful ownership, room to grow and the chance to work on complex, high impact problems that genuinely move the business forward.

• Designing end to end experiences across research, exploration, prototyping, testing and high fidelity delivery.
• Translating complex AI behaviour into clear, helpful and intuitive interactions that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
• Using data, behavioural psychology and experimentation to test assumptions and understand what actually drives user confidence and value.
• Collaborating closely with fellow Product Designers, Product, Engineering, Tax, Logistics and other teams to explore opportunities and deliver thoughtful, high quality work.
• Balancing rapid experimentation with scalable, long term solutions and knowing when to move fast and when to slow down.
• Adding to our design system and helping refine patterns as Global and our agentic capabilities continue to evolve.
• Contribute towards a team culture that is open, positive, curious and enjoyable to be part of.

• 5+ years designing complex digital products, ideally in SaaS, e commerce or AI heavy environments.
• A genuine interest in AI driven experiences and a desire to explore new patterns and interaction models.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong end to end product thinking and clear explanations of your process and the value it drives.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with cross functional partners.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills and an ability to bring clarity to complexity.
• Experience contributing to or working within a design system.
• An experimental mindset and a willingness to explore ideas, test assumptions and learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain your decisions clearly and thoughtfully.
