We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to help bring our next generation of agentic experiences to life. You’ll work on real problems with real impact, designing workflows that make decisions clearer, tasks faster and complexity almost invisible. You’ll explore, prototype, test and refine ideas that push the boundaries of what commerce tools can do.

• Designing end to end experiences across research, exploration, prototyping, testing and high fidelity delivery.
• Translating complex AI behaviour into clear, helpful and intuitive interactions that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
• Using data, behavioural psychology and experimentation to test assumptions and understand what actually drives user confidence and value.
• Collaborating closely with fellow Product Designers, Product and Engineering to shape ideas, challenge constraints and contribute to thoughtful, high quality execution.
• Exploring agentic patterns, interaction models and emerging behaviours, helping us learn what works and what doesn’t.
• Bringing strong craft and systems thinking to our design system and interaction patterns as they evolve alongside AI.
• Contribute towards a team culture that is open, positive, curious and enjoyable to be part of.

• 5+ years designing complex digital products, ideally in SaaS, e commerce or AI heavy environments.
• A genuine interest in AI driven experiences and a desire to explore new patterns and interaction models.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong end to end product thinking and clear explanations of your process and the value it drives.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with cross functional partners.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills and an ability to bring clarity to complexity.
• Experience contributing to or working within a design system.
• An experimental mindset and a willingness to explore ideas, test assumptions and learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain your decisions clearly and thoughtfully.
