Job Description
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Secure Transactions product team, you work closely with the Product team to provide insights and data to support a product within a function, such as an application, system, or discipline. Gain exposure in product delivery, and product portfolio operations to help prepare you for a thriving career at JPMorgan Chase.
This Role is to support the Secure Transaction Area Product in the Authentication product, which focuses on Authentication & Verification Rules & processes in protecting Chase and our customers from fraud and cyber threats. As a User Acceptance Automation Tester you will support five scrum teams as a Hybrid Tester (Manual & Automation testing) implementing the automation framework to create solution to automate User Acceptance test case scenarios. This role supports identifying and mitigating pre-production (test) defects and maintaining a sustainable automation framework for User Acceptance Testing . This person will be part of the User Acceptance Testing team to become Hybrid Testers, will work with the team to drive automation across my teams. Communicate positive and negative results from testing are tracked, not repeated, and demonstrate to business partners that functionality is as expected.
Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.
  • Create testing automation framework to analyze system performance to ensure high availability and continuity of processing with a variety of tools using Automation script development skills (well versed in programming languages.
  • Identify Automation Test Environment requirements and design for complex cross functional software systems using disciplined software design processes.
  • Develop automation scripts/tools for continuous deployments. Ensure automation tests adhere to established process and standards.
  • Testing Script development using any Testing Tools (QTP, UFT, Selenium etc.,) Utilize strong VB scripting, Excel Macros, QTP skills.
  • Effectively manage multiple streams of work and organize self to deliver on time. Exercise good testing principles as well as good defect management


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Automation scripting, writing queries.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Experience with web testing methods and writing SQL queries (SQL Server 2012 and higher)
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven history of implementing continuous improvement processes


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
  • Exposure to cloud technologies
  • Knowledge on CICD tools like Jenkins and version controlling tools like Bitbucket, git
  • Experience with web testing methods and writing SQL queries (SQL Server 2012 and higher)
  • Graduated in Computer science, Computer engineering, math, or related engineering fields (E.g. B.Sc. B.E or MCA, M. Tech in Computers / Electronics etc.) Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
