- Experience in product compliance, commercial legal, IT platform legal work.
- Experience advising on monetisation models, incentives, or transaction-related products.
- Demonstrated ability to work across legal compliance, and cross-functional product governance.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders on complex product or business-model issues.
- Experience working in global or multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, or advising on user-facing terms, disclosures, and operational product frameworks.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and translating between specialist domains (regulatory law, product, commercial strategy).
- Willingness to be embedded in product and business design conversations rather than called in at the end.
- Familiarity with app-store and marketplace policy regimes (Apple, Google).
- Exposure to new-market entry / market launch legal readiness.
- Experience supporting platform or marketplace rules, trust & safety, or content/conduct policy.

- Ability to translate regulatory analysis into actionable product requirements and drive roadmap prioritisation
- Ability to conduct compliance due diligence and legal-readiness assessments for new market or vertical launches
- Ability to draft and legally review platform-level rules governing user conduct and ban policies
- Ability to review and redline agreements with a tech or product dimension
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and translating between specialist domains (regulatory law, product, commercial strategy)
- Familiarity with app-store and marketplace policy regimes (Apple, Google)
