As a Senior Product Associate in Modernized Service Solution, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of internal banking products designed for our employee bankers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that empower our bankers to better serve clients.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with bankers and internal teams to understand pain points and service gaps, translating insights into actionable product enhancements, while proactively building new partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders across the organization to drive innovative solutions.
- Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of internal banker-facing tools and platforms.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage projects, document requirements, track progress, and communicate updates; write clear requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and detailed manner, working within Agile and Scrum frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Provide ongoing product support by proactively troubleshooting issues, monitoring for breaks and incidents, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain smooth operations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, owning end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence; skilled in writing requirements, epics, user stories, and managing testing activities.
- Strong organizational skills; able to lead multiple projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to provide product support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents quickly.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working within a regulatory environment, with strong knowledge of controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Proficient in analytics and data interpretation, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; proficient in PowerPoint for presentations.
