As a Senior Product Associate within the Secure Platform Services team, you will be instrumental in developing top-tier Authentication platform capabilities. You will work closely with Operations, Technology, Fraud Risk, and Business leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your efforts will concentrate on creating authentication methods that align with customer interaction preferences, while also advancing organizational capabilities to improve client experiences on Chase.com.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
- Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Customer Identity and Access Management processes.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- Support feature teams with application testing, user experience testing, and issue resolution.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated performance in content management or relevant domain area.
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles, including use of agile project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Git).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Experience in product deployment processes and operational management.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Customer Identity and Access Management experience.
- Agile/Scrum and AWS Certification are a plus.
- Knowledge of design and product development processes, service design principles, and systems thinking.
