As a Senior Product Associate in Payments team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities

• Leads the product lifecycle from concept, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Defines and communicates a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drives product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver exceptional products.
• Understands user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis; translate insights into actionable product features.
• Develops, prioritizes, and maintains the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.
• Sets success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Champions the product internally and externally, inspiring teams and stakeholders with your passion and vision.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passionate about building products that delight users and make an impact.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to inspire others.
