As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the User Acceptance Testing team, you will be responsible for improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You will work on multiple projects and new product builds, and be an active participant in planning sessions to analyze technical requirements and perform manual and automation testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create automation scrips, using Selenium, Cucumber framework
- Create automation scrips for mobile test automation using Appium
- Create test data for product to be tested
- Create test plans, create/execute test scripts, document defects, participate in defect triages
- Ensure test Environment readiness for upcoming testing
- Support automation of testing; identify external testing dependencies, create short term and long term plan to make testing team more autonomous
- Work with Technology and Business teams to derive new functional requirements or modify existing ones
- Review business requirements and create appropriate test strategy, plans and use cases aligned with the requirements
- Review and re-evaluate the test strategy/plan based on new information, risks, evolving priorities and schedules
- Pilot end-to-end testing of feature functionality and user experience
- Coordinate functional changes with automation team and maintain test data for automation scripts so automation suite is evergreen.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ Years of Experience in automation and coding experience in Java, executing automation test cases and working within a test automation framework
- Extensive knowledge of Selenium, Appium and cucumber framework
- A detailed understanding of common defect management tools, the ability to write automated tests, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in mobile testing -iOS and Android hand held device + Mobile automation
- 3+ years of work experience with Quality Assurance and extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology
- 2+ years of TSYS consumer banking/credit card experience or related industry experience
- Experience using bug, defect and issue tracking software like Jira, HP ALM / QC, etc.
- Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Junit), as well as databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2
- Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)
- Experience with Java and JavaScript
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Data conditioning knowledge preferred
- Be results-oriented with a strong attention to detail
- Pilot process improvements in program execution through operational efficiencies
- Have strong organization and time management capabilities, with an ability to manage multiple streams of work and to deliver in a timely manner
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
