Job Summary
As a Senior Product Associate in Global Security, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job Responsibilities
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Collaborate with internal Technology teams and Product Owners to design, develop, manage, configure, and maintain diverse security testing platforms and environments. These platforms will support networked and serial communication devices, such as surveillance cameras, network-connected alarm panels and readers, corporate and consumer security applications, and microcontroller‑based devices.
Assist in managing multi-million dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives across the firm.
Support the Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks such as maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing evidence of control completion.
Work with internal training partners to guide updates to job aids and operating procedures, collect and analyze metrics, and prepare technical documentation.
Deliver clear, executive‑ready presentations and live demonstrations to senior leaders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, cross‑LOB stakeholders, and external vendors
- Aptitude to multitask and quickly learn new software, hardware, and processes; high integrity and dependability; ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments

- 2+ years of experience in Technical Security, project management, or product management
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project (or similar tools)
- On‑site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional after‑hours support as needed
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection) and basic IT networking/infrastructure design
- Experience implementing physical, technical, and administrative controls
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in information security or technology controls
- Basic proficiency with SQL or similar query languages
- Basic knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
