As a Senior Product Associate - Employee Platforms in ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY, you help shape and deliver enterprise collaboration capabilities that enable secure engagement with clients and partners. You work inclusively with stakeholders across lines of business and functions to translate needs into a prioritized backlog, clear user stories, and measurable outcomes. You partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and vendor teams to improve reliability, user experience, and governance for platforms such as Slack (including Slack Connect) and adjacent external collaboration services. You bring product discipline, technical curiosity, and a metrics-driven mindset to continuously improve adoption, operational health, and control effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities- Drives roadmap execution for external collaboration capabilities, aligning outcomes to measurable KPIs (e.g., adoption, active usage, NPS/CSAT, incident trends).
- Translates stakeholder needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with testable, auditable requirements.
- Maintains a well-prioritized backlog using data signals (support tickets, usage analytics, risk findings, delivery throughput) to inform sequencing.
- Partners with engineers to clarify technical designs, dependencies, and non-functional requirements (security, performance, resilience, scalability).
- Coordinates UAT planning and execution, ensuring entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and release readiness are tracked and transparent.
- Evaluates vendors and platform features by defining comparison criteria, documenting trade-offs, and supporting governance and procurement workflows.
- Enables secure external access patterns by collaborating on identity and access controls, authentication flows, and entitlement models.
