As a Senior Product Associate in the Connected Banking team, you'll drive product innovation and improvement using user research and customer feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute a dynamic roadmap and deliver robust features. Your strong communication and analytical skills will help maintain JPMorgan Chase's leadership in the evolving tech landscape, while your passion for digital channels fosters collaboration with stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
- Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
- 3+ years of experience in agile product delivery and/or business analysis, including enterprise business requirements.
- Proficient in the product development life cycle.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
- Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Bachelor's degree required.
