What You’ll Do
- Own and develop product KPIs to track usage, engagement, retention, conversion, and growth
- Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments, from hypothesis to actionable recommendations
- Partner with Product Managers to support roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on data and ROI
- Perform deep-dive analyses on funnels, cohorts, and user segments
- Leverage AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, AI copilots) to accelerate SQL, analysis, documentation, and insight generation
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to product teams and senior leadership
What You Bring - Experience & Background
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst in a product-led organization
- Strong experience working with SaaS products at scale
- Proven track record of influencing product decisions with data
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted workflows into analytics and decision-making
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL skills (required)
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Heap, or similar
- Experience with BI & visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
- Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve productivity and analytical depth
- Experience with Python, Pandas for advanced analysis
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills - able to turn complex data into clear, actionable stories
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and business teams
