The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to set the standard for product analytics across our brands. This role is critical to our effort to unify data, mature experimentation practices, and drive consistent, high-quality decision making. You will own product analytics methodology, guide teams on hypothesis-driven analysis, and lead experimentation practices.

This is a hands-on leadership role, with a high impact on product strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product analytics standards across the Travelier group, including experimentation, metrics design, and analysis practices
• Lead A/B testing methodology, from hypothesis definition to experiment design and results interpretation
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product decisions using data
• Drive deep analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and growth levers across multiple brands
• Build and maintain data products and self-serve tools to track product and business KPIs
• Mentor product analysts and raise the overall analytics bar across teams

• 6+ years of experience in product, data, or business analytics, with clear ownership of product analytics
• Strong experience with experimentation, hypothesis-driven analysis, and causal thinking
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Solid understanding of data warehouses and cloud-based analytics stacks
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable product recommendations
• Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
