The Role

Data is Dealfront’s growth engine. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Analyst to define and execute our Product Analytics strategy—enabling teams to act on insight, not instinct. You’ll own the analytics ecosystem end-to-end (from event taxonomy and instrumentation to data models and reporting) and build the systems, events, and assets that translate product usage into business growth.

Your mission is to make the product organization truly self-service on data by creating a high-trust analytics environment and acting as a force multiplier for Product Managers—raising the analytical bar through rigorous, decision-oriented work. You’ll ensure insights consistently turn into clear product decisions, faster execution, and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Own the Product Analytics Strategy: Lead our approach to product data across event taxonomy, instrumentation, data models, and reporting
  • Govern Data Assets: Design, maintain, and govern the Product Events Dictionary and associated workbooks to ensure data consistency,quality and trust
  • Automate Reporting: Build and automate dashboards for activation, adoption, retention, and monetisation — with clear segmentation (e.g. geo/market).
  • Surface Insights: Share recurring, actionable insights (e.g. newsletter/reviews) that drive alignment and action across teams.
  • Embed Data in Product Development: Partner with Product Ops and Product Managers to integrate key metrics into every roadmap and Product Requirements Document (PRD).
  • Deliver Deep Analyses: Run rigorous exploratory analyses (not just reporting), diagnose drivers, and produce decision-ready recommendations.
  • Turn Insights into Outcomes: Connect insights to roadmap decisions, experiments, and launches — and track measurable impact over time.
  • Enable Self-Service Analytics: Create templates, documentation, and training so PMs can answer most questions independently (avoid analytics becoming a bottleneck).
  • Leverage AI: Use AI to accelerate analysis (anomaly detection, trend summarisation) while maintaining analytical rigour.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in a Product Analytics or Growth Analytics role within a B2B SaaS environment .
  • Technical Expertise: Expert-level skills in product analytics tools, SQL, DBT and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker)
  • PLG Acumen: A deep understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles and lifecycle metrics (activation, retention, monetization) .
  • Storytelling with Data: Excellent communication skills with the ability to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive alignment and action.
  • Enablement mindset: Strong track record of empowering product teams to self-serve rather than relying on analysts for every question.
  • Ownership & impact: You care as much about outcomes as outputs and take responsibility for analytics driving real change.
  • Be physically located within Europe.

Success Metrics:

  • Increase the percentage of product managers using analytics on a self-serve basis.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of our instrumentation.
  • Reduce the time from data to decision.
  • Increase the adoption rate of product analytics reports.
