What we’re looking for
A strategic and commercially-minded Senior Product Analyst who’s passionate about using data to shape great product decisions. You’ll be someone who:
- Turns complex data into clear, actionable product insights
- Works cross-functionally to align goals and bring clarity to decision-making
- Thinks big-picture while being grounded in customer needs and commercial outcomes
What does the job involve?
You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy — helping us build better experiences for our customers. You’ll:
- Lead analysis that drives product roadmap and investment decisions
- Use data to validate customer problems, test hypotheses, and measure impact
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve user outcomes
- Own product performance reporting and contribute to go-to-market planning
- Help define KPIs and success metrics across the product lifecycle
- Bring a continuous improvement lens to how we measure and learn
What you’ll need to bring
- Strong experience in strategic product analysis, ideally in a SaaS or tech business
- A collaborative and commercial mindset – comfortable influencing across the business
- Confidence in communicating insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholder
