This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first Product Analysts based in London and to play a key role in shaping the future of our Product Analytics team here.

You are passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. You will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at finding new and existing opportunities for our products.

About The Role:

  • Play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimizing our product to directly impact the success and growth of our platform.
  • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for your team and key stakeholders.
  • Lead in-depth analyses to uncover new opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify key insights and translate them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offerings.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar product analyst role.
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of numerical data and strong business acumen; skilled in using both simple metrics and complex forecasting models effectively.
  • Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Passionate about understanding user behavior using various methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development.
  • Curious, independent, and rigorous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical expertise in performing advanced analytics on large datasets using technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, and SQL.
